WATCH: Robel Garcia jacks moonshot that puts Cubs on board against White Sox

CHICAGO — Playing in just his fourth career big-league game, recent Chicago Cubs call-up Robel Garcia hit his second major-league home run on Sunday. Putting the Cubs on the board at Guaranteed Rate Field against the Chicago White Sox, Garcia smashed a towering moonshot beyond left field that made the score 3-1 in favor of the White Sox.

By hitting the homer, Garcia atoned for an error that he made at second base in the previous inning. The dinger came in the top of the seventh, with Garcia leaving White Sox reliever Aaron Bummer bummed out by taking him deep on a four-seamer. The 394-foot solo shot left the bat at 101 miles per hour and boasted a steep launch angle of 32 degrees.
