Bears News: Mitch Trubisky playing update

Tony Crumpton Tony Crumpton  ·  Senior Editor ·

Good news to report for Bears fans.

Quarterback Mitch Trubisky will start against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday according to multiple sources.

Trubisky will wear a shoulder harness to protect the injury he sustained on his non-throwing shoulder against the Vikings on Sept. 29.

Earlier in the week, he was 'questionable' for today's game but he had a great week of reps and was able to get first-team reps on Thursday and Friday.

For the season, Trubisky has completed 65.1% of his passes for 588 yards and three touchdowns with two interceptions with a QB rating of 37.3.
