Anthony Rizzo being traded to the Yankees on Thursday night sent shockwaves throughout Cubs nation.
Everyone on social media including fans and teammates were posting about how much Rizzo meant to them and the franchise. Even Cubs manager David Ross got into the action and posted about his relationship with Rizzo in a thoughtful Instagram post. "From the first day we met until today, I consider myself very lucky and privileged to have met this man," Ross posted. "It was an honor to be his manager, teammate, and friend.
