Coastal Carolina cornerback D'Jordan Strong has received an invitation to attend the Chicago Bears' rookie minicamp as an undrafted free agent.

"Grateful For The Opportunity," Strong tweeted after getting the invite.

The 5-foot-11, 185-pound cornerback played his final two seasons with the Chanticleers, where he earned two first-team All-Sun Belt Conference honors.

In his senior season, Strong played in all 14 games for Coastal Carolina, recording 42 tackles, 2 interceptions, and 5 pass breakups. He also had a career-high 12 tackles in a game against Georgia State.

Strong started his college career at Northeast Mississippi Community College, where he played two seasons before transferring to Coastal Carolina. At Northeast, he was a standout player, earning All-MACJC honors as a sophomore.

Over the course of his collegiate career, Strong registered 6 interceptions and 21 pass breakups, proving his ability to make plays on the ball.

He is not afraid to work at the line of scrimmage and has logged many snaps in both man and zone coverage.

Strong's journey to the NFL has been a long and winding road, but his talent and work ethic have led him to this opportunity with the Bears.

With his competitive edge, quick-twitch abilities, and solid coverage skills, Strong has the potential to make the team.
