The cash-strapped Vikings have been at odds on what to do with four-time pro bowl RB Dalvin Cook. A trade is preferable for the Vikings, and there is plenty of interest in Cook around the league, but the market has been slow developing as rival teams wait to see if Cook is released.
The Vikings' front office, meanwhile, appears dead set on getting something in return for Cook. Due to recent rumors, Bookies.com oddsmaker Adam Thompson has updated his hypothetical odds on where Dalvin Cook plays in 2023. The Bears have the fifth-best odds to land Cook at +1000 (9.1 percent chance). Vikings are expected to try to trade four-time Pro-Bowl RB Dalvin Cook one more time today and if they are unable to, they would plan to process his official release Friday, per source.
