The Chicago Bears announced on Saturday that they have activated running back Khalil Herbert off injured reserve in advance of Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions.

In five games this season, he has 272 yards on 51 carries and caught 10 passes for 83 yards and one TD.

"I feel like I'm right back where I was," Herbert said. "I had five weeks off. I've just been getting my body right, getting my mind right, and I'm feeling good."

Additionally, the team has made roster moves by flexing linebackers Micah Baskerville and DeMarquis Gates from the practice squad.

Baskerville has participated in two games this season, while Gates has seen action in one game.
