The Chicago Bears, recently met with draft prospect Jaquelin Roy according to multiple reports, including reporter Daniel Greenberg.

Roy is a defensive lineman that played at LSU, where he demonstrated his skills on the field, making him an attractive prospect for many teams in the upcoming NFL draft.

Roy had 49 total tackles, including 0.5 sacks and a forced fumble last season.

NFL.com describes him as "an ascending talent with the potential to become a quality starter."

As the draft approaches, it will be interesting to see which team ultimately selects Roy and how he performs at the professional level.

Obviously, the Bears have an urgent need to upgrade their defensive line for the 2023 season and they will leave no stone unturned in their pursuit to get a better pass rush.
