Bears reportedly release several players including QB Nathan Peterman

The Chicago Bears have been busy with their roster on Tuesday as they try to get down to their 53-man roster before 3 pm CT.

According to multiple media reports, the following players have been cut by the team.

Nathan Peterman - QB

Trestan Ebner - RB

Aviante Collins - OL

DeMarquis Gates- LB

Stephen Carlson- TE

Travis Bell - DT

D'Anthony Jones - DE

Robert Burns - FB

The moves won't be official until later today.

Several of these players could be invited back as practice players.

Here is the list of 14 players that reportedly were cut on Monday:

OL Gabe Hoy
