Roster Moves: Bears elevate two players for Sunday's game against 49ers

The Chicago Bears have promoted safety Adrian Colbert and running back Darrynton Evans to the active roster for tomorrow’s matchup against the 49ers.

Evans provides needed support in the backfield, as Roschon Johnson has already been ruled out, and starter D’Andre Swift is listed as questionable.

Colbert adds depth at safety, with Kevin Byard limited in practice this week due to a shoulder injury.

In other roster updates, in addition to Johnson being out, offensive lineman Ryan Bates (concussion) and safety Elijah Hicks have also been ruled out for the game.
