Cubs trade infielder Miles Mastrobuoni to Mariners

The Chicago Cubs have traded infielder Miles Mastrobuoni to the Seattle Mariners for cash considerations on Tuesday.

Mastrobuoni was recently DFA'd by the Cubs.

He appeared in 110 games across parts of two seasons with the Cubs. In 118 major league games, he has batted .219 (54-for-247) with nine RBI, 16 stolen bases and one home run.
