CHICAGO — Coming out on top of their home opener, the Chicago Bears (2-0) edged out the New York Giants (0-2) at Soldier Field on Sunday. The Bears won 17-13 after taking a 17-0 lead into halftime and holding the Giants off late in the contest.

The Week 3 matchup saw superstar Giants running back leave the game with a knee injury at the beginning of the second quarter and not return. Starting Bears running back David Montgomery amassed 127 yards of total offense and scored a 28-yard rushing touchdown.
