Chicago Bears announced on Saturday afternoon that standout defensive tackle Eddie Goldman is out for Sunday night's game against the Rams.

Goldman has not practiced all week as he has been dealing with a knee injury that he suffered on Monday.

The Bears elevated inside linebacker Josh Woods and defensive tackle Damion Square from the practice squad to the active roster to help with depth with Goldman's absence.

In two seasons, Woods has 19 tackles in 24 game appearances.

Square is a veteran of seven seasons that has registered 120 tackles with 11 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks.
