Another day and another move by the Bears.

The Chicago Bears are reportedly signing former Carolina Panthers quarterback P.J. Walker on a two-year deal worth up to $5 million dollars according to reports.

The deal is pending a physical.

The 28-year-old has played in 15 total games in three NFL seasons, including seven starts. He completed 57 percent of his passes for 1,461 yards with five touchdowns and 11 interceptions with a quarterback rating of 63.9.

Walker will now likely be the new backup for franchise quarterback Justin Fields. The other quarterback that will try to win the backup job is Trevor Siemian who has one year remaining on his contract with the team.

One interesting tidbit is that PJ Walker will be reunited with standout receiver DJ Moore once again as they played together with the Panthers.

More to come on this breaking news story.
