Bears News: Conflicting reports on Justin Fields' injury

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Chicago Bears franchise quarterback Justin Fields dislocated his left shoulder during the loss against the Atlanta Falcons.

However, not so fast on the injury report.

Per a source with direct knowledge of the situation, Fields did not suffer a dislocation,” Pro Football Focus' Mike Florio reported.

Bears coach Matt Eberflus called Fields 'day-to-day' during his media press conference on Monday.

“We’ll see where he is on Wednesday,” Eberflus said. “So, we’ve got time. We’ll see where it is and go from there.”

Honestly, this is confusing with conflicting reports from national media members. We should get the definite news on Wednesday when the Bears meet with the media.

Fields has passed for 1,642 yards with 13 touchdowns and eight passing touchdowns with a QBR of 54.8. He also 122 rushes for 834 yards and seven scores.

If Fields can't make it, the Bears will start Trevor Siemian.
