Cubs manager Craig Counsell spoke to the media ahead of first pitch from Wrigley Field discussing how pitcher Jameson Taillon's rehab outing went on Sunday, how the Cubs defense can help newly acquired pitcher Michael Soroka making his Cubs debut and much more.
"This is just kind of a function of not swinging the bat great and a tough left-hander on the mound," Counsell said about PCA not being in the lineup on Monday night. Watch the pregame video below:
